I immediately thought it had to be a toilet in NYC, and I thought it looked a lot like the train station toilet, or the one's at port authority ... but one of the comments said it's the toilet at WSP in the village. I was in that bathroom once, and the commenter is correct, it was a filthy, dirty, foul smelling toilet, and a couple trolls came in while I was in there, so I left. You can tell this vid is from a while back. You can't do that in any public bathroom any longer.
